Clean and spacious, and I spent a lot of time on the balcony with amazing view of the harbour, overlooking the fountain and the restaurants. The people of Immosol were  kind and helpful. Highly recommended apartment - I will definitely come back!

Is the Le Suquet district noisy in the evening?

Le Suquet has two faces. Rue Saint-Antoine is the beating heart of Cannes gastronomy with its many restaurants and can be lively in the evening. However, the majority of our apartments in Le Suquet, Cannes are located in adjacent side streets or on the heights, where calm prevails from the end of service. As the district is mainly pedestrianized, you’re spared the noise pollution of car traffic, unlike La Croisette or Rue d’Antibes.

Is the district accessible to people with reduced mobility?

This is an important point: Le Suquet is Cannes’ “perched” district. It’s characterized by steep alleyways and numerous picturesque staircases. While the district is accessible by car from the top (Place de la Castre) or via the CityPalm electric shuttle, it can be demanding for people with walking difficulties. At Immosol, we systematically specify the floor and type of access (elevator or stairs) for each rental to avoid any surprises.

How far are the beaches of La Croisette and Le Midi?

Le Suquet benefits from a strategic location between two atmospheres:

Plages du Midi: Just 5 minutes on foot. These are fine sandy beaches, ideal for families and more affordable.
Plages de la Croisette: Allow approximately 10 to 12 minutes’ walk along the Old Port and past the Palais des Festivals.

Can you park easily near Immosol rentals?

As Le Suquet is protected by bollards, street parking there is virtually impossible for non-residents. We strongly recommend the Suquet-Forville car park, located at the foot of the hill. It is secure, open 24 hours a day and offers great value packages for long stays.

Where can you shop near Le Suquet?

The advantage of staying in Le Suquet is the immediate proximity of Marché Forville (open every morning except Monday). It’s the Cannes institution for fresh, local and seasonal produce. For everyday consumer products, Rue Meynadier (pedestrianized) is full of food shops, bakeries and local convenience stores (Monop’ or Carrefour City).
