When to visit us?
Cannes lives all year round. In summer, the rhythm is solar. The beaches are full and evenings stretch out forever. It’s holiday time. But the city changes face during world congresses like MIPIM or Cannes Lions. If you come for work, the atmosphere is electric. Spring and autumn offer a soft light, perfect for strolling without the crowds.

What budget should I plan?
Our rates start around €70 per night and go up based on the standing and the season. During congresses, prices are higher; that is the rule in Cannes.
Do you have apartments with pools?
Yes. Several of our residences, such as in Montfleury or Floriana, have private pools for our guests.
Can we stay facing the sea?
That is our specialty. We have apartments on the Croisette and at Palm Beach with direct views of the Mediterranean.
Are pets welcome?
Some of our owners accept them with pleasure. This is the case for our apartments on Rue Meynadier or near the Croisette.
