It is located in the Pierre & Vacances residence and close to all amenities. The Marinières beach is 300 metres away and you will find supermarkets in Villefranche or Beaulieu-sur-Mer. Free parking and WiFi in the residence. A tennis court is also located at the entrance of the residence (paid) as well as a community swimming pool* (also paid). The layout of this apartment: A living/dining room opening onto a beautiful terrace with a garden view. A large open kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. A bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined into a double bed. Your accommodation benefits from free WIFI internet access. It is located on the 2nd floor with a lift and has the advantage of being very quiet.
