Fully equipped for 5 people and close to the city center and all amenities. The shops, restaurants, as well as the Nice city train station and the tram line are within walking distance in a short time.
Very nice 3 room apartment located on the 5th and last floor of a residence with lift, it is bright and has a balcony with a small dining area. Air conditioning in the living room and fans in the bedrooms
The apartment has an open-plan kitchen equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, etc., a living-dining room with a sofa bed for 1 person, a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) with a large wardrobe, and another bedroom with a trundle bed (2 single beds) with an office area, a bathroom equipped with a sink, a bathtub and a toilet.
Many activities are offered by the Nice tourist office.
