Regarding the concerns raised, there seems to have been a misunderstanding. When the building guardian contacted us, we communicated with him immediately and without any issue. We then attempted to call you to confirm that everything was resolved, but our call went directly to voicemail. We also tried reaching you via WhatsApp and did not receive a response. We did not receive any missed calls on our side, which suggests there may have been an issue when dialing the numbera connection problem. From our perspective, we were available and responsive throughout the situation, and ready to assist at all times. We always aim to provide prompt and reliable support and remain committed to ensuring clear and efficient communication with our guests. |
