On the second floor (no elevator), discover a spacious living area with three distinct zones: a TV lounge, a dining room, and a study, offering versatility and comfort. The fully equipped, semi-separated kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso machine.
The apartment features three bedrooms with twin beds, providing flexibility and privacy. It also includes one bathroom and two shower rooms, one of which is en-suite, along with two separate toilets.
Enjoy a small patio-type terrace of 10m2, the perfect place to unwind. The apartment is equipped with WIFI, air conditioning, a table and iron, and a hairdryer.
You have the option to add a small banner to the little balcony overlooking Rue d'Antibes.

- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
