The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and a 4-burner vitroceramic stove, as well as a toaster. The bathroom includes a hairdryer, and there is a separate toilet.
The building is of high standing with security provided 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Paid underground parking is available, and hot water is provided collectively, while heating is individually ensured through electric systems.
