Contract Signed

If the description as written, you should be, remains to fulfill the commitment to hire. It goes without saying that this commitment must be made by mail. The law makes it a requirement. It may be a simple exchange of correspondence but for more security, better take it as a real contract. This must include a certain amount of information on:

     * Housing - Must be worn the following information: address, apartment or villa, number of rooms, listing of parts and equipment you will have the exclusive enjoyment (terrace, garden, garage ...) or that you will enjoy the same way as Other residents of the building (pool, tennis ...)
     * The length - and must appear with the date of beginning and end of stay, as well as arrival and departure
     * The price - It is necessarily indicated. Recall in this connection, that freedom prevails in vacation rentals. Generally, the owner sets the price depending on the accommodation, the station's local market and the season. In high season, they can double over a period of low season. If the price seems excessive, you can always try to negotiate by making comparisons with other offers on the same locality. The terms of settlement are also included in the contract

Tourist tax
This tax is payable by all residents in the casual seaside resorts or mountain resorts or classified and the tourist areas and hot springs.      * Charges - unless they are included in the rent, expenses must be mentioned. They can be calculated on a flat or property. Down payment or deposit?

     * Deposit - As the amount of the reservation, the deposit is restricted only to professionals who may not require more than 25% of total rental. For private rentals, it wants to use is around 20 to 25% of the rental amount.
