Contract Signed
If the description as written, you should be, remains to fulfill the commitment

the price seems excessive, you can always try to negotiate by making

Tourist tax
This tax is payable by all residents in the casual seaside resorts or mountain
resorts or classified and the tourist areas and hot springs. The localities

* Charges - unless they are included in the rent,

the rental price!

Other clauses may be included in the lease. The owner is entitled for example
