Terms of rental
In addition, the tenant will be required to ensure an insurance against risks of fire and water damage to both its risks for rental furniture leased, and for appeals by neighbours, and to justify the very first application of the owner or his agent. Consequently, they disclaim any responsibility for using their insurance company might have against the tenant in case of disaster.
1.OPTION
A decision to opt for renting an apartment or studio can be made to the agency by telephone at 0820 892 129 (n ° indigo).
The length of this option is 4 days.
Confirmation of this option is the regulation in time option above, 30% of the rental fee, as a deposit.
2.RESERVATION / LEASE
The reservation is guaranteed only after receipt of the deposit or 30% of the rental price, the balance is due one month prior to arrival.
For the lease at the last moment, by phone, it is recommended to send the payment by money order or bank transfer. This sum shall be forfeited automatically to the owner in case of cancellation.
The deposit can be refunded in case of force majeure (for rentals of longer than 3 days), as part of the cancellation insurance (OPTIONAL).
Rentals are usually concluded for a minimum of 7 nights.
The trips take place Saturday from 16 am to 20 pm Saturday 9 am to 10 pm
Additional nights to those stipulated in the contract are charged extra in proportion to the base rate.
Once the reservation is made, there can be a change of apartment without incurring the loss of the deposit with the owner.
3.FEES AND COSTS SCHEDULES
For prices on this tariff, plus filing fees, local tax (1.25 € / day / person), the deposit can be paid by check in euros, or cash. See the schedule of rates attached.
This deposit can be claimed as per below:
Studios: 230 € per week; 2 rooms: 305 € per week; 3 rooms: 460 € per week, 4 rooms & villas: the amount will be provided upon arrival.
This deposit, less the costs of any breakage or other benefits shall be returned the day of your departure after inventory output.
The inventory of exit must be made on departure, baggage out of the apartment or rented house, and cleaned. If you want the agency responsible for cleaning out the tariff will be 38 € for a studio or 2 rooms, € 54 for 3 rooms or 4 rooms, from 90 € for a villa.
4.HOME AND THE KEYS
The reception will be in our office, IMMOSOL Holidays, 18 rue Latour Maubourg - 06400 CANNES from 9 am to 12 pm and 16 pm to 20 pm
Exceptionally, tenants who wish to take possession of the apartment after 20 pm, must pay the balance of the rental fee and deposit by mail before their arrival.
Keys can be made by the agency on production of "Good Living".
The "Good Living" is issued by the agency after payment of the balance of the rental payment and security deposit.
5.OCCUPATION
On arrival, the inventory of the premises must be acknowledged and returned signed by the tenant to the agency no later than Monday before 17 pm Any claim relating to the leased premises and the inventory must be submitted within 48 hours after handing over the keys. Occupancy dates and time of release should stretch easily met.
Pets are allowed only under the current legislation. Initially, the inventory is drawn up in contradiction with the tenant.
6.OBLIGATIONS OF LESSEE
He is asked to pay:
- To occupy the leased premises following the bourgeois term "family man"
- Not under any circumstances exceed the number of occupants as stated in the lease and corresponding equipment in the apartment bedding considered
- Respecting the leased premises and their contents, the internal regulations of the building as displayed, particularly in regard to the obligation of calm after 22 hours.
7.TELEPHONE
Where a telephone is made available to the tenant, the regulation of communications following statement is made out of the deposit.
An interruption of telephone related to a failure or defect in FRANCE TELECOM services can be charged to the owner or agency.
8.MACHINE
In all residences, bed linen and towels are not provided, cleaning output is not included (see our fee schedule).
ALL DISPUTES, which may arise between the parties to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction where the leased premises.
WARNING! The bed height is not suitable for children under 6 years.
INSURANCE CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION OF STAY OPTIONAL
Guarantee cancellation and interruption stay subscribed to the Group CORNHILL France through the firm ACS Cannes on behalf of its clients:
- The reimbursement of money paid for cancellations
- Liability for reserving and occupiers
- The interruption of stay
The guarantees listed above are applicable in the following cases:
- Serious illness, accident or death
- Sinister causing major damage to the residence of the tenant
- Termination or change of tenant or his spouse
Premium rate applies: 2.50% inclusive of total price charged
